SHIPPING

We only ship within the UK and our deliveries are provided by a secured courier service to ensure the highest convenience to you. If you provide us with your mobile telephone number we will send you a text letting you know when to expect your delivery, ensuring that you do not need to wait home all day.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery: £3.70. Delivery within 3-8 working days to UK mainland (Mon-Fri).

Next Working Day Delivery: £7.95. Delivery next working day (Mon-Fri). Orders must be placed by 2pm.

Please note: For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping costs may increase for multiple items and weight.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Beauty Secrets. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
