Coronavirus Protection Plan

We are excited to welcome you to Beauty Secrets.

We’ve introduced several protection measures to keep our Beauty Secrets community – our passionate team and much-loved customers – safe.

PRE-TREATMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

We will email you a health questionnaire which must be returned to us prior to your treatment day, to make sure you’re well and safe to have your treatment. If you feel unwell please do not attend your appointment, please reschedule by calling us directly. 

ON ARRIVAL

Please arrive at the allocated time of your appointment, for social distancing purposes we will aim to stagger clients’ arrivals. You will be required to wash and sanitise your hands; your therapist will then accompany you to your treatment room.

HAND SANITIsER

We have placed a hand sanitiser at the front of each salon for you and our teams to use and at various points throughout the premises.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Clients will be required to keep their own coat/clothing and bag(s) with them whilst in the salon. We would request your mobile phone remains in your bag while you are in the treatment area. Please limit what you bring with you.

MULTIPLE TREATMENTS

We strongly encourage customers to book multiple treatments in one visit, in order to limit the number of times you need to come into the salon.

PAYMENTS

We are now accepting payment by card or cash. You will be asked to pay a deposit or full payment for your treatment on booking over the telephone. We will require 48 hours notice for any cancellations, in order to receive a refund. Please note this currently replaces our standard policy.

INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES

Our premises are deep cleaned, and we will be disinfecting all touchpoint surfaces between appointments and clients.

TRAINING

All our team members have received extensive training on ensuring all treatments are conducted in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
